Please note that all our workshop and non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy
To reschedule your appointment, kindly notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a £10 fee.

Late Arrival Policy
Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before your session. Unfortunately, if you are more than 30 minutes late, we will be unable to accommodate your service as scheduled.
