During this workshop, you’ll be introduced to traditional Chinese brushwork and ink painting techniques. Learn how to use the Chinese brush, control the flow of ink and water, and create expressive chrysanthemum petals and leaves with simple, mindful brushstrokes.

You’ll explore the foundations of Chinese ink painting, including brush techniques, ink control, composition, and expressive brushwork. With gentle guidance from the artist, you’ll create your own artwork while experiencing the calming rhythm of brush and ink.
