Vendor Booth Payment for Moon Fest 2025

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Moon Fest 2025! Please complete the payment below to confirm your booth and secure your spot.

Event Details:

• 🗓 Date: Friday, October 3rd, 2025

• 🕕 Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Setup from 4:00 PM)

• 📍 Location: Leeds Corn Exchange

Stall Fee:

• Standard Booth (no power supply): £40 (includes 1 table + 1 chair)

• Power-Enabled Booth (with power supply): £50 (includes 1 table + 1 chair)

Important Notes:

• Power Supply: If you require power for your booth, please choose the Power-Enabled Booth option.

  • Important: If you select the Power-Enabled Booth, you must bring your own extension cable (minimum length 10 meters).

  • We will provide yellow and black caution tape for safety.

• Payment Link: The payment link provided is only for vendors who have received our confirmation email.

  • Please only proceed to payment after receiving our confirmation email.

• Payment Deadline: Please complete your payment by August 15, 2025 to confirm your booth.

• Approval: All stallholder applications are subject to final approval by the Corn Exchange management. You will be contacted once your application is confirmed.
